Alutec Robotics Twin Coat is a complete machine for selective painting to coat electronic boards. It was conceived to complete the production process phases in the delicate sector of protective coatings.Its structure, movement precision and the dual doser valve system, a standard feature of this machine, support different functions so that it can be used for coating with paint or selective spraying (dosing spot ф 4- 6 mm at a distance of 25 mm) which avoids using a protection for the surrounding components.GERBER or Excel files can be imported thanks to the management software to determine the work paths; the machine also comes with a laser pointer for each single valve that simulates the work path so that the programme can be refined without using the painting product.Twin Coat was conceived as a solution to add to an existing product line or as part of an automated workstation.
