Halogen- and resin-free liquid flux with reduced alcohol content for wave soldering   

EO-Y-002  involves a multi flux for wave and selective soldering. The flux can be used for hand soldering and cable assembly too. Practice has shown that with proper application, the washing of circuit boards soldered with this flux can be largely dispensed with.  

  • Appearance:colorless to light yellow, clear liquid
  • Solid contents:1.8 wt%
  • Density at 20 °C:0.87 (+/- 0.01) g/m
  • Acid number:15 - 18 mg KOH/g
  • Activators:(di)carboxylic acids
  • Solvents:short-chain alcohols and water
  • Flash point:12 °C
