JAX Magna-Plate 8 is a food grade grease for food processing equipment that has excellent pumpability and flow characteristics. This is particularly valuable in small high-speed bearings where grease flow and optimum oil release are essential for proper lubrication.
The water resistance of this grease is achieved through the inherent capabilities of the calcium thickener system. What this means in application is that the grease maintains a smooth, buttery, texture with little or no tackiness.
JAX Magna Plate 8 meets the requirements of 21 CFR 178.3570 (lubricants with incidental food contact).
