PERMABOND® ES5505 is a single-part, heat cured, metal filled paste adhesive with controlled flow characteristics at ambient and elevated temperatures. It has good impact and vibration resistance and can resist temperatures of over 250°C (480°F). ES5505 will bond a wide variety of materials and performance is usually limited by the strength of the adherends themselves. In many applications it can be used to replace traditional fixing techniques (such as welding, brazing or mechanical fasteners) to give enhanced appearance and greater design flexibility.
