Mobile puller for pressing off the wheel disc from the axle, with 100 tons of pressing force optionally with integrated acetylene compressed air ring burner or high-pressure hydraulics.
This version with integrated acetylene compressed air ring burner is ideal for pressing off the wheel disc in press fits without oil pressure drilling. The press fit is widened by heating by means of a ring burner.
The version with high pressure hydraulics is used for wheel discs with oil pressure bore. Here, the press fit is widened by the injection of oil.
It is also a combination of both possible.
The preload cylinder is mounted height adjustable on the lifting cage.
By means of a lifting cylinder, the pressing cylinder and the three gripping arms can be raised centrally to the wheel in the appropriate height. Gripping arms are simply and accurately closed via the link ring.
