D-5030NS corrosion preventive is formulated to provide a long term barrier against corrosion on steel, aluminum, copper, zinc, galvanized steel and virtually all metallic surfaces. The residual coating provides effective protection against moisture and air, the two key ingredients needed for corrosion to start. This product has excellent moisture displacing and adhesion properties, along with superior metal wetting and acid neutralization properties. D-5030NS has good electrical resistance which permits excellent resistance to corrosion of galvanized steel.
Application:
Recommended for use on aircraft, automobiles, industrial machinery, farm equipment, cables, parts, tools, sheet rod and bar stock. D-5030NS is resistant to most known destructive organisms which suggest use on fibers such as heavy ropes and wood. To achieve a slightly lower film thickness and build, we would suggest our D-5035NS.
